Strictly Professional Pre-Tint Eyelash Cleanser has been formulated to clean and prepare natural lashes/brows prior to tinting. In order to ensure that the tint develops it is important to clean lashes thoroughly. A handy dropper nozzle makes this easy, hygienic and economical to use.
How to use:
Apply to the lashes and eyebrows using dampened cotton discs prior to tinting. Oil, grease must be removed form lashes for the eyelash tint to work
