Returns Policy

Exchanges/Refunds

• At Hennessy's we are happy to allow returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase.
• You must provide proof of purchase to exchange/refund a product.
• Items should be in new, unused or unopened condition, in original packaging to be returned for a full refund or exchange.
• Products can be exchanged either for other products or a credit note by posting the item(s) back to Hennessy Hair & Beauty at the address below.
• If the item is not damaged/faulty, the price of delivery will not be refunded.
• We cannot refund you the cost of returning your items.
• We will refund you within 14 days of your cancellation notice.

Returns of Furniture/Equipment

Any furniture and equipment orders that are cancelled more than 5 working days after being placed will be subject to a restocking charge of 20% of the value of the products, plus the delivery charge. Please include a copy of your packing slip/invoice with your return.

Products not eligable for exchange/refund

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on any of the following items:

• Cosmetics & Make-up
• Hair Brushes
• Combs
• Nail Polish
• Gel Polish
• Clipper & Trimmer Attachments
• Scissors
• Hair Extensions
• Beauty Implements
• Razors

This list is not exhaustive. Your statutory rights are not affected.
