Description

Strictly Professional Eyelash Tint Developer 50ml


A 3% 10 Vol peroxide tint developer to be used in conjunction with Strictly Professional Eyelash and Brow Tints. A handy dropper nozzle makes this easy, hygienic and economical to use.

Directions for use:
Mix the Eyelash Tint Developer with Eyelash Tint then apply to the eyelashes and eyebrow as required. See Eyelash Tint instructions for the correct mix.
