Wella Professionals Shinefinity Activator 2% with Brush and Bowl is designed to be mixed with our Zero Lift Glazes. It contains a specifically formulated PH buffer system that controls the PH throughout the colouring process. This 1L kit is designed for optimised application and is perfect for melts and technique work designed for precision. Activator is used 1:1 with the Shinefinity colour glazes.
