Wella Shinefinity Activator Brush & Bowl 2% 60ml

Wella Professionals Shinefinity Activator 2% with Brush and Bowl is designed to be mixed with the Shinefinity Zero Lift Colour Glazes. It contains a specifically formulated PH buffer system that controls the PH throughout the colouring process. This 60ml kit is designed for optimised application and is perfect for melts and technique work designed for precision. Activator is used 1:1 with the Shinefinity colour glazes.
