Trade Customer Status
To purchase any item at trade price, either in-store or online, you will need a Trade Account, which you can apply for online (Trade Account Form: https://www.hennessyhb.ie/64/Trade/). We will also require proof of professional status if you are purchasing any products with chemicals. We reserve the right to ask for proof of professional status before we can activate your trade account with Hennessy Hair & Beauty Ltd. To provide you with a Trade Account, we will require one of the following:
- Proof of trade status e.g. Certificate of qualification
- Salon business card or a letter from solicitor or accountant
- Student enrolment letter, stating dates of course
By registering a trade account with us you are confirming that you are qualified to use the professional products sold on this website. We will not accept any responsibility for any injury or damages incurred by unqualified use of our products.
Pricing
Hennessy Hair & Beauty reserve the right to correct pricing errors on our website.
- For Trade Customers: All our prices are quoted ex VAT. VAT of 23% is added on at the checkout stage.
Cancellation of Training
If you wish to cancel a pre-booked training session, please contact us on 021 4343436 or email info@hennessyhb.ie. However, if you wish to cancel a confirmed training session less than five business days before the class and fail to provide a qualified replacement, you will be charged the full tuition fee. Also, should you fail to appear on the day of training you will be billed for the full tuition fee.
Store Price Guarantee
If you can find any of our products advertised cheaper by one of our competitors, let us know and we will match the price. If you have already bought an item from us, either in store or online, and find it cheaper elsewhere within 7 days of purchase, we will refund the difference. Simply call into either of our stores with proof of the competitor's price (e.g. flyer, advertisement). This guarantee does not apply to clearance items, our competitor's free offers, pricing errors or special offers. We reserve the right to contact our competitors to confirm the price difference and availability of item. If item is out of stock or there is a limited quantity available, we will not match the price. This offer applies to items sold in competitor stores in the Republic of Ireland only.
Product Availability
All products are subject to stock availability. If there is insufficient stock to deliver the products ordered by you, we will attempt to transfer the item(s) from our stores. We will contact you normally by phone call or email, confirming which item(s) are out of stock and offer you a refund or a similar product. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide compensation for any disappointment caused. Please be aware that clearance products/brands that have been discontinued by suppliers and may have imperfect packaging.
FIRST Discount Code
Our FIRST discount code is available exclusively to new customers and can only be used on their first order with Hennessy Hair & Beauty Ltd. Some brands and products are excluded from the FIRST discount code. Exclusions may include, but are not limited to, selected professional brands, electrical items, kits, and already discounted products.
