Wella Professional Welloxon Perfect Pastel Developer 1000ml


Gentle cream peroxide specially developed for gentle toning of hair that has been pre-lightened. Welloxon Perfect Pastel is basically the 3% version of Welloxon Perfect. It has been specially formulated to be mixed on a 1 + 2 basis with specific Koleston Perfect shades.
