Biosmetics Cream Developer 3% 50ml

This hydrogen peroxide-based, non-drip formula is also designed to be used with our whole range of Intensive tints.

Easy mixing ratio 1:1

The 2% formulation is recommended for lashes, the 3% formulation for brows; 6% is international common for gray coverage.
