DIActivateur 15-volume is formuated to be used with Dia color light demi-Permanent hair color. Dia color for color-treated or natural hair. Mixes in a 1:1.5 ratio with 15-vol. (4.5%) DIActivateur Developer.

What it does:
15-vol. DIActivateur Developer pairs with DIA color for:

• Grey Coverage.
• Virgin Application.
• Tone.
• Lowlights.
• Colormatch/refresh permanent haircolor.
• Fashion results.

How to use:
• Mix ratio 1:1.5 (1 Dia color tube : 2.6 oz. developer).
• Apply with a bowl and brush or plastic bottle.
• Development time from 2-20 minutes.
