Refectocil Oxidant Cream 3% (10 Vol) 100ml

Oxidant cream is characterized by its easy to mix texture. It ensures brilliant colour results and is a must for RefectoCil Blonde Brow. Sufficient for about 150 applications.
Because of its creamy consistency, RefectoCil Oxidant 3 percent cream can be easily mixed with RefectoCil tints to create a homogeneous paste that can be easily applied to the lashes and brows. By gently pressing on the bottle's plastic body, the convenient dropping device allows the drops to be dispensed precisely and economically. Furthermore, the dispenser ensures that no impurities enter the bottle.

Aqua, Hydrogen Peroxide, Cetearyl Alcohol, Triethanolamine, Ceteareth-20, Phosphoric Acid, Sodium Cetearyl Sulfate
