How to Use:
Apply after a Blondor lightening service, at the basin. Express toning to neutralise warm brassy tones and to provide blended blonde result. MIXING RECOMMENDATIONS: FOR EXPRESS TONING: Mix 1:2 with 1.9% Welloxon Perfect Pastel. Quick & reliable toning for blended blonde results. FOR BASEBREAKING and TONING: mix 1:2 with 4% Welloxon Perfect Developer. Perfect to gently lift the natural roots at the same time as toning lengths and ends, to blend demarcation lines, for premium blonde results.
