Hennessy Hair & Beauty is growing, and we're looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Beauty Sales Representative to join our team.

As a Beauty Sales Representative, you'll be responsible for promoting and selling our professional beauty product portfolio to salons, spas, beauty clinics, and beauty professionals. You'll play a key role in developing new business, supporting existing customers, and representing the Hennessy Hair & Beauty brand with professionalism and expertise.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with salon owners, beauty professionals, and customers.
- Meet sales targets and contribute to the continued growth of the business.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads within your assigned territory.
- Present and demonstrate professional beauty products to both prospective and existing clients.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify opportunities.
- Process customer orders and work closely with internal teams to ensure timely delivery.
- Resolve customer queries and provide excellent after-sales support.
What We're Looking For
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous sales experience, preferably within the hair, beauty, cosmetics, or personal care industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- The ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills with a self-motivated approach.
- A valid driver's licence and the willingness to travel within an assigned territory.
