9-vol. DIActivateur Developer pairs with Dia light and Dia color to create beautiful results for unlimited services.

How to use:
• Mix ratio 1:1.5 (1 tube : 2.6 oz. developer).
• Apply with a bowl and brush or plastic bottle.
• Development time from 2-20 minutes.
