- We will accept returns within 28 days of delivery.
- You must provide proof of purchase to exchange/refund a product.
- Items must be in their original condition, unopened and unused.
- Products can be exchanged either for other products or a credit note by posting the item(s) back to Hennessy Hair & Beauty at the address below.
- If the item is not damaged/faulty, the price of delivery will not be refunded.
- We cannot refund you the cost of returning your items.
- We will refund you within 14 days of your cancellation notice.
Returns of Furniture/Equipment
Any furniture and equipment orders that are cancelled more than 5 working days after being placed will be subject to a restocking charge of 20% of the value of the products, plus the delivery charge. Please include a copy of your packing slip/invoice with your return.
Products not eligable for exchange/refund
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on any of the following items:
- Cosmetics & Make-up
- Hair Brushes
- Nail Lacquer
- Gel Polish
- Hair Extensions
- Beauty Implements
This list is not exhaustive. Your statutory rights are not affected.
