Damages & Shortages
Please send any damaged/faulty goods to:

We recommend that you send the items via registered post/courier.
Returning Damaged/Faulty Goods
Hennessy Hair & Beauty will exchange any products that are damaged/faulty, provided the product is in its original condition and has not been tampered with. For example, if the outer casing has been damaged/opened, then your warranty will become void. Please contact us immediately on 021 4343436 to explain how your item is faulty.
If we are unable to replace or exchange the item, we will refund the full cost in the form of a credit note. We will also refund the delivery charge, and the cost of returning the goods to us.
Goods Damaged on Delivery
When you receive your products, always sign for the delivery as "Unchecked" unless the driver is prepared to wait for you to check your products for damages. If you have ordered salon equipment, you should always check each product before the driver leaves. If any products have been damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt of delivery, as any claims made after this time will not be entertained.
