Please ensure the steamers are not over filled ( this can cause leakage and or spitting )

Do not use oils directly in the steamer jars .

Do not allow the steamer to boil dry ( check water lever before and during use )

Use tap water not deionized water .

Descale the element when necessary ( we recommend soaking in white vinegar ) thoroughly rinse before use .

In order to validate any future warranty claim , could we ask that a video be forwarded to us with any reported steamer with a problem before you exchange .

We confirm a manufacturer’s warranty does apply of 12 months from receipt of customer purchase subject to correct usage .
