Trade Customer Status

We reserve the right to ask for proof of professional status before we can activate your trade account with Hennessy Hair & Beauty Ltd. To purchase any item at trade price, either in-store or online, you will need a Trade Card, which you can apply for in store. We will also require proof of professional status if you are purchasing any products with chemicals. To provide you with a Trade Card, we will require one of the following:

  • Proof of trade status e.g. certificate of qualification
  • Salon business card and a letter from solicitor or accountant
  • Student enrolment letter, stating dates of course

By registering a trade account with us you are confirming that you are a qualified Hairdresser, Beauty Therapist or Nail Technician, and are competent to use the products sold on this website. We will not accept any responsibility for any injury or damages incurred by unqualified use of our products.

Retail Customers

We strive to provide the best customer care to all our customers, be they trade or retail. Please note that if you are a retail customer and your order comes to over €1,000, we may need to contact you to obtain a copy of photo identification to verify your card details.

Pricing

Hennessy Hair & Beauty reserve the right to correct pricing errors on our website.

  • For Trade Customers: All our prices are quoted ex-VAT. VAT of 23% is added on at the checkout stage.
  • For Retail Customers: All our retail prices are quoted including VAT. This VAT is then displayed at the checkout stage.

Cancellation of Training

If you wish to cancel a pre-booked training session, please contact us on 021 4343436. However, if you wish to cancel a confirmed training session less than five business days before the class and fail to provide a qualified replacement, you will be charged the full tuition fee. Also, should you fail to appear on the day of training you will be billed for the full tuition fee.

Store Price Guarantee

If you can find any of our products advertised cheaper by one of our competitors, let us know and we will match the price. If you have already bought an item from us, either in store or online, and find it cheaper elsewhere within 7 days of purchase, we will refund the difference. Simply call into either of our stores with proof of the competitor's price (e.g. flyer, advertisement). This guarantee does not apply to clearance items, our competitor's free offers, pricing errors or special offers. We reserve the right to contact our competitors to confirm the price difference and availability of item. If item is out of stock or there is a limited quantity available, we will not match the price. This offer applies to items sold in competitor stores in the Republic of Ireland only.
