Our online store offers our existing and new customers alike the ability to browse and purchase from our vast array of products. The website contains all your favourite brands, including Bellitas, BC Softwear, Crown Brush, Erison Laboratoire, GHD, He-Shi, Kadus, LaurenE, L'oreal, Lycon, New <ID Cosmetics, OPI, Refectocil, REM Salon Furniture & Equipment, RICA, Satin Smooth, Schwarzkopf, Strictly Professional, Tahe, Tigi, Wahl, Wella and Wow Brown.
You can browse through our selection of products by selecting "Hair" or "Beauty" from the top menu, and navigating to the specific department/category that you require. You can easily switch between departments and categories using the side menu. If you would like to see more information on a product, click on it to see an enlarged image and extended description. Simply click "add to basket" to add products to your shopping bag. You can select the quantity you need by typing it in the box next to the product.
When you add a product to your shopping bag, you will be redirected to view your shopping bag (see section below).

Your Shopping Bag
To view your shopping basket at any time, click on "Shopping Bag", either on the top or the left side of the screen. You can edit the quantity of products you require, and you can also remove products by entering '0' in the quantity box, and clicking 'update basket'. Please check that all the information is correct, e.g. product sizes, quantities etc. and that you are happy with the total value of your order before you proceed to the checkout screen. You will qualify for free delivery if your order is over € 75.00 + VAT (not including furniture/equipment.).
Once you are happy with your order, click on "Go to Checkout", which will guide you through the short Checkout process to complete your order. If you already have an account with us, you will be asked to Sign In, otherwise you can either Register for an account or checkout as a Guest. You will then be asked to fill in your contact details and method of payment (credit/debit card, or Paypal). Your credit card details are very secure as we use Bank of Ireland to record your details. We currently accept Visa, Visa Debit, MasterCard, and PayPal. We will then confirm your order and provide you with an order number. We will also send you a copy of your order via email.
Can I use my Trade Account?
If you have a trade account with us already, you can simply log in with your Account Number and Password, which we will personally issue to all of our existing trade customers. If you do not have your Account Number and Password, please contact us on 021 4343436 or firstname.lastname@example.org, and we will give them to you. If you would like to register for a trade account, click on the Trade Section of the website, and download our Trade Account form. Fill this in and click the 'Submit Form' button. Then email a copy of your cert to email@example.com as proof of your trade status (click here to see a list of ways you can prove your trade status). This will send your application to our accounts department. Once your account is set up with our dedicated team, we will contact you with your log in details, so you can avail of our fantastic trade discounts, special offers and much more!
Do I have to Create an Account?
How do I know if an item is available?
You can see whether the product is available by opening the product and checking if it is in stock. If an item is out of stock, you will not be able to add it to your order. If you need the product urgently, you can put a note with your order enquiring about the product, and we will contact you to let you know when it will be in stock.
What happens if I forget my password?
If you forget your password, you can click on the "forgot password" button under the My Account section on the left hand side of the screen. You will then be asked to fill in your username (account number) and email address, and we will send you an email with your password details.
Alternatively you can call us on 021 4343436 ext. 203 and we will give you your log in details.
